• You will need to supply your own toiletries,

• These can also be purchased at local stores if you prefer not to travel with them

Chargers:

• Although some of the devices on the property have ability to charge electronics, Make sure you pack your own chargers.

We can send packages or ship items down ahead of time.

The Realty Company does provide a Complimentary Concierge Service, which mainly services to make reservations and to stock with requested items prior to arrival

They will stock with:

• Beer

• Wine

• Liquor

• Seafood, etc.

They will provide requested items upon arrival as long as we inform them 2 weeks prior to arrival

It’s “Complimentary” - but I am sure there is an upcharge built in somewhere

Property Access:

• The property will have keyless locks

• PIN will be provided upon arrival

  • No need for sharing or managing keys
